It celebrates the talent of 350+ DPS musicians, singers, dancers, and visual artists. DPS Arts Education is dedicated to empowering every student through a comprehensive and culturally responsive approach to help develop, challenge, and ignite every student in all areas of their life. It helps fund The Durham Promise Scholarship — awarded to a high school senior from every DPS high school. The DPS Foundation merged with the DPS Scholarship Foundation in early 2021. Since then, DPSF has awarded over 100 scholarships and $249,000+ in funds. More about DPSF Scholarships.
